WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive it at a private address (home, work, or a drop point), but never a post office box.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders will be delivered in 5–7 working days during regular days, and 7–10 working days during sales.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any gazetted holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During rush hours or delays in verification, orders may face temporary delays.
Orders placed through online payment require fraud verification before processing.
Cash on delivery payments will be collected at your shipping address.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (check junk/spam folders too).

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER THE ORDER?
It depends on the delivery area and the type of shipment. Details will be shared once the order leaves our warehouse.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
The courier will call for confirmation and re-attempt delivery twice.
If the order is not received after two attempts, it will be returned to LAYL.


Order Cancellation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we verify via up to two confirmation calls.
If left unattended, your order will be cancelled.
Orders can be cancelled upon customer request any time before processing.

LAYL may cancel orders for reasons including:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Technical errors


Returns & Exchanges

DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER?

Notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service.
We can only accept returns if the item received is damaged or incorrect.


Exceptions and Special Conditions

Certain items must meet the following conditions for a return:

  • Packs: Multi-item packs are considered one unit and cannot be partially returned.

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: Item must be defective at delivery.

  • Incorrect Item: Item differs from what was originally ordered.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot process returns or exchanges if:

  • The request is made outside the 3-day window.

  • The product shows signs of use or tampering.

  • Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE RETURNS?

You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?

If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will arrange pickup and cover courier charges.

HOW WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?

Once approved, refunds will be issued via:

  • Coupon code, or

  • Bank transfer (within 7–10 business days)

WHAT IF THE REFUND AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?

Contact our Customer Service department β€” we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.
LAYL reserves the right to refuse returns requested outside deadlines or for items not in original condition.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS IF I RETURN ALL ITEMS?

No, shipping costs are non-refundable.
